Their machining department spans 25,000 square feet, housing 55 CNC machines with capabilities including lathes, Brother, drills, and robotic cells, accommodating diameter capacities up to 13 inches. In-house tooling capabilities are robust, featuring a dedicated tool shop, vibratory deburring, batch-type shot blast units, and washing stations. Quality assurance is a cornerstone of the company's operations, employing advanced techniques such as metal analysis spectrometry, real-time fluoroscopic X-ray inspection, leak testing, CMM-programmed inspections, and 3D scanning. The company rigorously applies Six Sigma methodologies, continuous in-process inspections, PPAP procedures, and multiple automated CMM inspection work centers to maintain and exceed quality standards.
