Over the past 25 years, ESP has expanded its expertise from machining metal alloys and high-performance engineering plastics to specialized materials, advanced coatings, and complex fabrication processes. The company supports nearly every stage of wafer fabrication, including Etch, CVD, Implant, Metals, Diffusion, CMP, and Photo, while also offering precision mechanical repair and refurbishment services critical to high-performance equipment. In 2020, ESP enhanced its capabilities by integrating SPM Technology (Sather’s Precision Machining), founded in 1976, which brought decades of experience in close-tolerance machining and a strong culture of technical excellence. This acquisition broadened ESP's in-house offerings and reinforced its commitment to quality and innovation. Significant investments made in 2021 and 2022 included new capital equipment, the establishment of an isolated machining environment dedicated exclusively to plastics, and a new quality inspection area.
