Protocast JLC offers a comprehensive suite of services including prototype and production investment castings using both solid mold and ceramic shell processes, CNC machining, assembly, and post-production plating and finishing. Their foundry works with an extensive variety of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys such as stainless steel, aluminum, and bronze, and supports rapid prototyping and thin wall investment casting applications. The company is committed to quality and customer satisfaction, holding ITAR registration, SAM registration, and AS9100D certification. With a knowledgeable and reliable workforce, Protocast JLC provides turnkey solutions tailored to meet precise design and delivery requirements. The company operates primarily out of its facility in Chatsworth, California, with a newer facility opened in Carson City, Nevada in 2018, ensuring expanded capacity and service capabilities.
