Start Your Search NowPress Forge Co., established in 1978 by Jeff Carlton, is a premier forging company specializing in the material conversion and forging of titanium, steel, and high-temperature alloys. With over four decades of industry experience, Press Forge has evolved from its modest beginnings as a forger of elevator links for oil fields to become the largest converter of customer-owned inventory in the United States. Serving critical sectors such as aerospace, nuclear, oil and gas exploration, and industrial markets, the company is renowned for its commitment to quality, flexibility, and short lead times. Operating from an 8-acre facility in Paramount, California, Press Forge boasts advanced capabilities including four open-die presses capable of handling materials up to 30,000 pounds and billet lengths up to 30 feet. This capacity allows the company to minimize yield loss, thereby reducing overall production costs for its customers. Press Forge processes a comprehensive range of materials including titanium, nickel and cobalt base alloys, stainless, alloy, and PH grade steels. The company also offers billet and ingot stocking services to ensure rapid response to customer orders of varying sizes. Press Forge has a strong focus on quality and has maintained ISO registration since 1998. It currently holds AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, underscoring its dedication to manufacturing excellence. The company’s quality policy is straightforward yet effective: "Make good parts and ship them on time." Over the years, Press Forge has continually expanded and upgraded its facilities and equipment, including the commissioning of a new rolling mill in 2015 for near net shape rectangular forgings and the installation of multiple billet grinders and high-capacity presses. With a legacy of processing over 32 million pounds of material annually, Press Forge remains committed to delivering cost-effective, precise, and reliable forging solutions tailored to meet the exact specifications of its customers.
