PAJCO Technologies, founded in 2014 by Pete Schieuer and Andrew Young, originated from a practical need encountered during the construction of a concrete home in the Kansas City area. The challenge was efficiently incorporating steel reinforcement fibers into concrete, a labor-intensive process that inspired the creation of the Dose N Go—the industry's first effective blower dispenser designed specifically for steel reinforcement fibers. This innovation marked the beginning of PAJCO's journey into fiber dispensing technologies. Recognizing a broader industry demand, PAJCO expanded its focus to develop bulk, automated dispensing systems for various plastic and synthetic concrete fibers. In 2021, the company relocated from Kansas City to Le Mars, Iowa, transitioning from a side business to a full-time operation with the hiring of its first employees. The founding partners, including John Schuller, committed fully to advancing the business, which now offers an ever-growing line of Fiber Dispensing Systems and innovative outdoor products such as the Stealth Blind. Additionally, PAJCO has developed specialized waste management solutions designed to fit side-by-side UTVs, demonstrating its commitment to practical problem-solving and innovation.
