They also provide extensive supply chain services encompassing casting, heat treating, stress relieving, painting/powder coating, sandblasting, babbitting, coating, plating, plasma cutting, laser cutting, and waterjet services. Materials handled include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, manganese, phenolics, and plastics. Beyond machining, N.E.T. & Die provides in-house engineering support with free design reviews for manufacturability and reverse engineering services. Their supply chain management capabilities help clients reduce inventory, lead times, and improve cash flow by managing second and third-tier suppliers. Quality control is paramount, with first article, in-process, and final inspections supported by coordinate measurement machines.
