Start Your Search NowMarini Manufacturing Inc., established in 1952 by Albert Marini, Sr. and his wife Florence, is a distinguished American precision machining company with nearly 70 years of industry experience. Originating as Marini Tool and Die in Racine, Wisconsin, the company initially focused on producing tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges for local businesses. A notable milestone in its history was the 1962 patent of a “Quick Change” tool holder and collet system by Albert Marini, Sr., which secured steady revenue through licensing agreements. Over the decades, Marini Manufacturing expanded its capabilities from manual machining to advanced CNC milling and turning, enabling it to serve a broad range of industries including off-highway agriculture, construction, timber, on-highway heavy and medium trucks, industrial, engine, energy (oil), and environmental sectors such as water purification. Today, the company operates a modern, multi-shift facility equipped with state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical machining centers, live tool lathes, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) within a temperature and humidity-controlled quality assurance lab. Marini Manufacturing produces a wide variety of high-volume precision components and assemblies such as pulleys, end bonnets, gearboxes, housings, pumps, final drives, and ditch plates. The company prides itself on delivering fast quotes, high-quality parts, and dependable delivery, leveraging complete supply chain management, material sourcing, stock and ship programs, and fixture storage to optimize customer solutions. Leadership continuity has been a hallmark of the company, with Albert T. Marini Jr. joining in the 1960s and Thomas G. Marini assuming the presidency in 2003. Under their guidance, the company has grown to operate 24/7 shifts and expanded its facility to 30,000 square feet, including a 10,000 square foot warehouse added in 2010. Marini Manufacturing serves Fortune 500 clients and remains committed to blending modern manufacturing technology with true American craftsmanship, ensuring reliable production machining solutions tailored to the most challenging customer requirements.
