Established in 1966 originally as Kinninger Production Welding, the company has evolved from a modest welding shop primarily serving Crown Lift Trucks into a comprehensive metal fabrication provider catering to diverse industries including agricultural, medical, specialty vehicle, OEM, food, material handling, military, specialty equipment, and recreational vehicle sectors. Under the leadership of Jack and Donna Thobe since 1993, and later their son Kevin Thobe and his wife Cheryl from 2012 onwards, Kinninger has expanded significantly both in physical capacity and technological capabilities. The facility now spans over 94,000 square feet across two locations, equipped with advanced machinery such as Salvagnini laser systems with automatic load/unload, CNC machining, robotic welders, and in-house powder coating. Employing more than 50 dedicated, non-union employees, the company prides itself on delivering precision, quality, and on-time services from concept to completion.
