With over 40 years of combined experience in designing and fabricating, the company specializes in a wide range of metalworking services including rolling and forming, plasma cutting, MIG, TIG, and sanitary TIG welding, thread forming, and custom machine design. Their expertise spans industrial structures to ornamental ironwork, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, fair pricing, and reliable service. Ford Fabricating prides itself on tackling complex manufacturing challenges, offering fast prototyping and solutions for demanding materials, tight tolerances, and high-performance requirements. The company also serves as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), producing component parts such as tanks, hoppers, conveyors, funnels, and containers for packaging machinery manufacturers. Additionally, they provide fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair services for CIP piping, scaffolding, catwalks, and safety guards in dairies, food, and beverage processing plants. Led by founder Charlie Ford and supported by lead fabricator Brandon Ford and certified technician Max Ford, the team is dedicated to excellent customer service and close collaboration with clients to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships. Operating Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, Ford Fabricating LLC is committed to helping clients bring their visions to life with creative, effective solutions and quick turnaround times.
